Heat Resistant Silicone Caulk F118 Usage

• Surface Preparation:

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and dust.

For best adhesion, roughen smooth surfaces slightly.

• Application:

Cut the nozzle at a 45-degree angle to the desired bead size.

Apply the heat resistant silicone caulk evenly using a caulking gun.

Smooth the bead with a wet finger or tool within 5 minutes of application.

• Curing:

Allow the heat proof silicone sealant to cure at room temperature.

Initial cure: 24 hours; full cure: 7 days, depending on thickness and environmental conditions.

• Storage:

Store heat resistant waterproof sealant  in a cool, dry place below 25℃.

Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.

• Safety:

Use in a well-ventilated area.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; wear protective gloves and eyewear.
