Water based marking paint is suitable for metal, plastic, wood, glass and other materials
Water based clear coat spray is without lead and heavy metals
Water soluble spray paint remains stable despite rain and washing
1. Preparation: Ensure the spray painting water based paint is at room temperature. Stir the paint thoroughly to achieve a consistent texture.
2. Viscosity Check: Use a viscosity cup to measure the paint’s thickness. The water based clear coat spray should flow freely but not be too watery.
3. Dilution: Gradually add water (for water based spray paint) in small increments, stirring constantly. Aim for a 10-20% water to paint ratio, depending on
the paint’s original viscosity and the sprayer’s requirements.
4. Testing: Test the thinned paint on a piece of cardboard or scrap material to ensure it sprays evenly without clogging the nozzle.
5. Adjustments: If necessary, adjust the mixture by adding more paint or water until the desired consistency is achieved for smooth spraying.
6. Strain: Strain the water soluble spray paint through a fine mesh filter to remove any lumps or impurities that could block the spray gun.
7. Spray Gun Setup: Fill the spray gun with the mixed paint, and adjust the spray pattern and flow according to the paint spray suppliers' instructions.
8. Clean Up: After spraying, clean the spray gun and all equipment with water immediately to prevent the paint from drying and clogging the mechanisms.
